This year the MPS GCA celebrates 25 Years as a Staff Support Association within the Metropolitan Police Service. On the 26th April we held our 25th Year AGM.
The event was attended by many guests and members of the association. The event was held at the Cyprus High Commission in London and had guest speaker Odysseas Odysseos, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Cyprus, welcome guests and speak on the importance of the community having a strong bond with the Police as well as thanking us for all we do.
We presented 4 awards at the AGM, including our “Chris Mikellides” award. This was awarded to Omonia Youth Football Club for their outstanding work within the community and allowing Youth’s to have a platform to achieve their full potential.
